Top Deck, Front Seat

Over the last few days I've been seriously loving London. This might be due to the fantastic weather, but possibly also because instead of taking a short tube ride to and from work, I've been riding the bus. I always sit on the top deck and mostly get a front seat - if it frees up during the journey I'll move there because, frankly, why wouldn't anyone sit on the front seat on the top deck of a london bus on a sunny day if they have the opportunity.

On the bus I get to sit and read, either on my iPad or a real, dead-tree paper book. I get to look out of the window and see the city from the second story. I get a few extra minutes of 'me time'. I feel like I am indulging myself and other than being tipsy in a taxi it has to be the best way to see a city.

Between 5.45 and 6.15 and between the Strand and Caledonian Road I took 100 or so photos and put them together in this fillum with a classic happy london track. If anyone knows of any good public transport related music, let me know.
